Lace up your running shoes, grab some glow sticks, then join REI and November Project at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk for our free night run on Thursday February 28. Meet at The Shack on 8th by 6:15pm; the run starts at 6:30pm. We’ll meet back at The Shack between 7-7:15pm. Choose how far and how fast you want to run; all levels are welcome. Mileage and speed don’t matter here- it’s all about getting outside and challenging yourself. Our theme is glow/neon, so wear your brightest clothing. This event is free, but online signup is required. WRIGHTSOCK (www.wrightsock.com) is sending 100 pairs of socks for registered participants! This is part of the national REI Night Run (www.reinightrun.com). REI will donate $1 per registered runner to The Trust for Public Land, up to $10,000.
