There ALWAYS seems to be something going on in Virginia Beach. August really isn’t different than any other summer month in Virginia Beach.

What kind of live music are you looking for?  Many of the bars and restaurants will have some form of live music (band or karaoke) and you could probably find some form of live music like that on any day of the week.

If you are referring to the oceanfront area and the boardwalk then we assume you are talking about the live performance stages on and around the boardwalk and beach area?

These gazebos are very popular in the evenings at the oceanfront and have music going on several days of the week.
