This is the northernmost portion of the boardwalk. In past years, many events and boardwalk activities didn’t normally extend this far north. However, with the construction of the 31st Street Stage / Park (King Neptune’s Park) by the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront and the 34th Street Stage / Park by the Ocean Beach Club Resort, this part of the boardwalk is seeing a lot more action.
