National Breast Cancer Awareness is in the month of October! Join us on Oct 11 for the Coastal Edge Surf for The Cure Produced by the Wahine Surf Club. Our mission is to help raise awareness of Breast Cancer, to provide educational materials on breast cancer treatments, community resources and support to the community. In addition that day we have Get Pink with Sentara Mammography Mobile Unit, 18 wheeler, doing breast cancer screening on site, enrollment link below for the breast cancer screening. Time: 7am-5pm Location: 1st Street Jetty, Oceanfront, Virginia Beach, VA SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES: Surfing Contest Paddleboard, Kayak, Outrigger Canoe, Surf-ski, Prone contests and competitions Surfing Clinics for the public Sentara Mammography Mobile Unit Breast Cancer Screening.
