Do you have what it takes to be the first-ever Iron Farm Fit Fest champion? Want to dominate in a fun run? Think you can crush a 50 cal challenge? Can you lift a car? Head to Back Bay’s Farmhouse Brewing Co. from 11a-2p on Saturday, November 13th to find out!
This Veteran’s Day, we’re teaming up with The Iron Asylum Gym to support Military Mobility, a non-profit organization specializing in off-road expeditions and resiliency training for veterans. What better way to do that than with some strenuous exercise that’ll have you reaching for the nearest pint (or some grub from one of our visiting food trucks)?!
Tickets are broken down by how many events you’d like to participate in, so be sure to read the details before you make your purchase.

It’s going to be a beautiful day on the farm, so be sure to bring your kids, pets and competitive spirit!
EVENT DETAILS
Fun Run | 11a-noon
The run is approximately 1 mile around the Farmhouse property with several challenges along the way (this event will be in heats):
· 1st station after first lap: 50 air squats· 2nd station after second lap: 40 hand release push ups· 3rd station after third lap: 20 burpees over a hay bale· 4th lap sprint to the end and finish strong!· 50 Cal Assault Bike Challenge | noon-1p
We will have 4 bikes on site, and participants can access them on a first-serve basis. A volunteer will verify and press start for the competitor.
First, second and third place men and women winners will receive 1, 2 and 3 month memberships at Iron Asylum in addition to day-of surprise prizes!
Car Deadlift Challenge | 1-2p
The winners will be the men and women who get in as many reps as possible in 1 minute.
A judge will call the down command on each lift (must be full erect and locked out at the knees and hips, standing upright). Straps and belts are allowed.
First, second and third place men and women winners will receive 1, 2 and 3 month memberships at Iron Asylum in addition to day-of surprise prizes!
