Dress appropriately for a family-oriented holiday event; clothing with vulgar, offensive, or explicit language/images is not permitted.
Full costumes and face-covering masks may not be worn by guests; however, festive holiday attire is encouraged!

• Service animals are welcome at the Christmas Village event.
• Service animals are limited to dogs that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
• Each service animal must always remain on a leash or harness and under the control of its handler. If at any time your service animal’s behavior is aggressive or disruptive, you will be asked to remove your service animal from the premises.
• Service animals must be housebroken. Guests are responsible for promptly picking up animal waste.
• Service animals are permitted in all guest areas; however, please note service animals are not permitted in or around the petting zoo or horse and carriage rides.
• Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride.
• Emotional support animals are not permitted at Christmas Village.
