Ahhh.. the Virginia Beach hotels list. If you are going to Virginia Beach and want to stay in style, then you are going to want to stay in the best hotels. Everyone wants the best deal and the best place to stay at a price that won't break the budget. It is tough to get everything that you want and also stay in a great price range. Sometimes sacrifices need to be made.
By staying in a hotel at the Virginia Beach oceanfront you will maximize your overall experience by being close to the beach and also your ability to easily access other attractions. Often times the prices of the best hotels will be above that of the other hotels in the area but they provide you with more features. In other words, you are getting what you pay for.
We will do our best to break down some of the best hotels in Virginia Beach here.
The Courtyard By Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront South is all about location and high standards. Located along the Virginia Beach Boardwalk right on 25th Street, this hotel will offer you outstanding views of the beach and easy access to many attractions at both the north end of the boardwalk as well as the south end. It has all of the style, cleanliness and class of a hotel that you would expect from Marriott. They offer an indoor pool along and a fitness center to give you activities to do without even leaving the hotel. Some of the rooms even have Jacuzzis for extra romance and relaxation. The Bistro Restaurant is located within the hotel so you can get a quick bite, but the hotel is also located near some of the most popular Virginia Beach restaurants.
The name of this hotel may be long but its distance to the beach is not. It is not only right next to the boardwalk but being located on 33rd street it is also right next to some of the major events and attractions that go on at the 31st Street Park / Stage (King Neptune Park). Many guests rate the customer service at the Hilton Garden very highly but they also enjoy the spectacular restaurant (LagerHead's) and pools (both indoor and outdoor). The outdoor pool is considered to be one of the best at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Just like the above hotels, this beach resort and hotel is located in a prime place, right off the boardwalk at the waterfront on 13th Street. The rates may be a little bit better for this hotel but it certainly isn't lacking in anything. Great views of the oceanfront and it is only a short walk to all of the south end action like the 17th Street Park / Stage by the Dairy Queen, the 7th Street Stage and 5th Street Stage to catch great events and music throughout the summer. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a small indoor pool.
The Ramada is still alive and kicking right here in Virginia Beach. Located in the heart of the south end of the boardwalk at 6th street, nothing beats this location when there is a beach concert at the 5th Street Beach Stage or the small but fantastic 7th Street Stage. The hotel overlooks the boardwalk with easy access to the beach and local shops. Is is also a prime place to be if you want to expolre the Rudee Inlet. The Ramada has one of the most popular restaurants located right downstairs... Mahi Mah's Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Saloon. The restaurant is a local favorite and overlooks the ocean and boardwalk and is always a bustle of activity.
