Hooters of America, LLC is the Atlanta-based operator and franchiser of over 430 Hooters locations in 28 countries. The privately held corporation owns 160 units.
The first Hooters opened October 4, 1983, in Clearwater, Florida. The Original Six founders were quickly detained for impersonating restaurateurs, but fortunately for America, they were soon allowed to go about their business. During its history, the Hooters concept has remained true to its roots. The current logo, uniform, menu and ambiance are all very similar to what existed in the original store. This consistency is understandable given Hooters continued success and high ranking amongst the industry's growth leaders.
The casual beach-themed establishments feature music, sports on large flat screens, and a menu that includes seafood, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and of course, Hooters original chicken wings. Others have arrived, departed, and even flat out copied our formula, but we remain the genuine original.

Food was great, greeter was friendly and welcoming. Logan our waitress, not so much. Literally 3 tables in the entire restaurant and she went missing, so long that we timed her (19 min) to be exact, after we waited for we dont even know how long. Other server even had to fill out drinks because ours was missing. I dunno what happened, but go for the food ignore the service... we will go back, because the wings are amazing. Improve service and this place could be the happening place again.
I am a frequent customer at this location. The food is always great. The bartender (Tierra) does an awesome job! I highly recommend this Hooters.
My son and I came here to watch a fight and have dinner. The service was great, the food was hot and accurate and girls are beautiful friendly and the over all experience was excellent. Briana was our waitress and was Fantastic!! We'll be back.
Staff were nice and knew the menu. The atmosphere was friendly and it appeared clean. However the food was NOT good.
10 hot naked bone in with a cold bud served up nicely. Recent VA Pilot article on hot wings ripped Hooters and Bdubs, I disagree. They are pretty good chain Wing joints.
