I like eat, but I want to love eat. This restaurant has so much potential, but somehow misses the mark. I get where they want to go, I just wish they would go there. Creative cuisine, an amazing Belgian sour beer. Eat has potential, but they seem to be stuck. I have all the hope in the world that Eat will get its legs and amaze me!
Not the cheapest place on the oceanfront, but at least you get a value. Some places on the oceanfront charge for the view. Here your paying for the food. Great beer choices. Amazing wine selection and the staff is great
Especially Tyler at the bar. Have been there for several return trips and continue to be amazed by the awesome menu that they offer
Have eaten here several times. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Had the duck two ways on new year's eve, like all the other meals I've had here it was great. If you haven't tried this place you need to put it on your calander.
Excellent food and service though a little pricey. Great spot for special occasions. Delicious cocktail menu and intimate setting.
Food is good but they seem to have a problem with price and portions. We got the "scallops" appetizer which turned out to be just a single scallop for $14. What a joke, the plate was literally a single scallop, I had to cut the damn thing in half and split it with my wife. I hate complaining but we just mentioned this to the bar manager and he said "yea I know sorry we do it by weight". And let me tell you it was small as hell so there isn't much "weight" going on here. He could have at least told us that its one scallop when we ordered it for 2 people. The menu said "scallops" (plural). Pretty lame but I'll never go back because of that appetizer. They outta be ashamed serving that as an app. Charge more and make it at least 2 scallops for the love of god or just lose it altogether. Unfortunately, I spent the whole evening baffled by that appetizer. They did not offer to comp us or remove it which just made it worse. In hind sight I wish I had sent it back. Our Bill was $150 and we both left hungry.
