Guest Posts – Sponsored Posts

These are the terms for sponsored or guest posts on vabeach.com.

Please note: Our price(s) are non-negotiable. Do not ask for discount. We are not interested in selling guest posts for anything less than the pricing below. We do not care if you are a reseller or promise more articles in volume.  Our price for a published article is firm.

1. PRICE
   $80 for placement on interior page. The link to the article will be from an interior page on the website.

   OTHER OPTIONS
   $180 for placement on home page.  The link to the article will be directly from the home page on the website. Home page linked articles are placed on the home page for up to 3 months and then rotated back into the interior page placement areas and may show up again at a later time on the home page depending on our link rotation schedule.
   $400 for gambling and casino related articles. (See #3 below)Again… Do not ask for discount. We are not interested in selling guest posts for anything less than the above pricing. We do not care if you are a reseller or promise more articles in volume.  Our minimum price for a published article is firm at $80.

2. ARTICLE SUBJECT MATTER AND CONTENT
   All submitted posts must be relevant and meaningful to the city of Virginia Beach or surrounding area.
   Virginia Beach is a beach vacation and tourism city in southeastern Virginia. The subject matter must be related our city tourism or our local vacation related activities.
   
   Please don’t ask us to pre-approve articles based solely on a title or ideas or links.  Also don’t ask us for ideas or topics to write about.
   Please do your own research and write quality articles.
   Poorly written articles or articles that are not directly relevant to Virginia Beach or our local beach tourism and vacation market will not be approved.
   We don’t concentrate as much on the links as we do on the overall title and relevant content.
   The articles MUST have some basic significance or importance to visitors or vacationers to the southeastern Virginia area.
3. CBD, CRYPTO, CASINO/GAMBLING
   There are no casinos in Virginia Beach and there are no gambling halls or locations. There is a casino called Rivers Casino in the nearby city of Portsmouth and there is a Norfolk Resort Casino coming to the nearby city of Norfolk.  Those are the ONLY casinos in proximity of Virginia Beach.
   We will normally not approve casino or gambling links unless you can somehow write an article that makes it relevant to Virginia Beach in some way.Additionally, we normally do not approve Crypto or CBD articles because they rarely have content that is relevant to Virginia Beach or the local tourism interests of Virginia Beach.  It would be very difficult to get an article like that approved.Poorly written articles or articles that are not meaningful to Virginia Beach will not be approved and may impact consideration and approval of future article submissions.
   PLEASE DO SOME RESEARCH AND WRITE GOOD AND MEANINGFUL ARTICLES.
4. ARTICLE LONGEVITY
   Articles are permanent
5. DO-FOLLOW LINKS
   Only 1-3 do-follow external links allowed per post and the link must also be to a site/location that is relevant to the article and/or pertinent to Virginia Beach or the surrounding area.
6. TYPE OF LINKS
   Text links only. No banner or image links. Text articles only (with images if desired). Internal links are allowed and encouraged.
7. INDEXING
   Posts will be indexed.
8. TAGGED/SPONSORED ARTICLES
   Posts will not be tagged as sponsored.
9. ANCHOR TEXT
   No anchor text requirements.
10. LINK INSERTION
    No Link insertion into existing articles.
11. POST PLACEMENT
    Please see #1 above. Interior placement posts will be located on our Articles page and be 1 link away from the home page. https://www.vabeach.com/virginia-beach-articles/ 
12. ARTICLE LENGTH
    Articles should be at least 700 words.
13. TAT
    Once received, all articles are reviewed within 24 hours. If approved by our staff, the article will be published within 48 hours.
14. OUR PROCESS
    First, you send us the article for review.  We will review the article and if it is approved, we will publish it and then send you the invoice.
15. INVOICING/PAYMENTS
    Invoicing and payments will be made via PayPal.  Our PayPal ID is info@vabeach.com.

    If you have specific instructions on who to make the payments to, please include them clearly on EACH guest post submission.
