Here’s your daily squee! Our octopus laid eggs and we had several hatch!

While we are cautiously optimistic, it is common for octopuses to lay over one hundred eggs in its clutch to ensure at least one makes it to adulthood. Thankfully, these little critters are going to receive the best possible chance from our incredible animal care team.

During my visit at hyatt house in Virginia Beach the front staff were very friendly. The hotel and the room were both very clean. The gentleman running valet, Tyler, was very nice! He took care of my bags while I checked in and had them up in my room before I even got in there. I appreciate the excellent service and look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Immaculate rooms, comfy bed, extra pillows, fluffy down comforters, love the textured bathroom tile, fully stocked kitchen, sofa, nice smelling shampoo. Full breakfast included with your stay. Dog friendly! Valet parking. Fitness room is limited but at least has dumbbells, far better than some places where it's just cardio equipment. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly. Very good experience.

The staff there are AWESOME! I had a unique situation & they accommodated me OVER & BEYOND what I could have imagined. I spoke to other hotels on the oceanfront & they could not have done what Hyatt House did. Even if it is more $$$ I will always stay with Hyatt House & will only recommend same. Thank you sooo much Geneva, you go above & beyond & you ROCK!!!
