My name is Rocky LaLiberté and back in 1995 I started the first tourism website in Virginia Beach.   After 14 years of service the old website has finally been retired and in its place is a site that recognizes all the new ways people are using the internet.  The new VaBeach.com is database driven, which means it's expandable, easier to navigate plus it will be a snap to add new features.
