Welcome to Bicycling Heaven! Our natually flat landscape helps make Virginia Beach a great place to bike for every level of cyclist. Our three miles of boardwalk feature a separate bike trail that parallels the ocean. Some folks find themselves spending the whole day leisurely retracing this beautiful path.

For those who are looking to cover some ground, there is the Seashore State Park trail system. Easily reached by trail from the boardwalk, there are miles of paved and dirt trails that wind through the wetlands and along Broad Bay. All trails are clearly marked. The park closes at dusk.

The trail that runs to the south of the Boardwalk follows General Booth Blvd., taking you past the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, and Ocean Breeze Fun Park. If you go a little further you will pass the Owl's Creek Golf & Tennis Center, Redwing Golf Course and the KOA & Holiday Travel Parks.
